Title

Do you work with any other platforms besides Klaviyo/Shopify?

No, this service is ONLY for Shopify entrepreneurs who want to run integrated and automated marketing campaigns with Klaviyo to scale their income without scaling their team or marketing spend. We can’t guarantee setup and scalability with other providers like Lightspeed, MailChimp, or Flodesk.

How soon will my service be?

We only book up to 2 CRO services a month, and those fill up 2 weeks in advance. We will need 8-10 business days to onboard you, and your project date will be communicated in your project portal within 1-2 business days after you reserve.

How long will the pre-work and onboarding  take me?

We estimate that your prework will take approximately 2 hours, which consists of a brain dump of some concepts for us to begin writing your email copy and providing us with your assets. We have just 2 forms for you to fill out.

Will I have access to you after the service for questions?

Yes! For 15 days we will answer questions and do bug support. Also, when your support time is up, you can hire Arq on a monthly retainer basis to take care of your new email system and continue generating campaign-based income every week from your email. Watch your sales grow and your audience become more engaged the more you send to your list consistently. You’ll get your very own designer and developer who will take care of campaign design, and deployment, and our project manager will provide regular client communications and check-ins + monthly performance reports.

Do I have to be on call for the week of the service?

Yes, but not the WHOLE day or week. We will have specified check-in times to review your design mockups for each milestone. We will send you videos of your deliverables for feedback requests, and some time to test your deployed flows on day 4 and debrief. Please enjoy your day while our team does the heavy lifting for you. All we ask is that you're accessible through your Slack channel for any small questions we have on the day. Slack has an app that can be downloaded for free to your cell phone or tablet.
