New sending requirements from Google and Yahoo went into effect on Feb 1 2024. If your store, email, and apps that send email notifications through your domain name are not setup you will be losing revenue and emails not getting to their destination.

  1. Align your “From:” header with your domain
  2. Set up records that will tell email providers your marketing and email notifications come from a trustworthy sender
  3. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication for your domain.
  4. Make sure all apps send emails from a branded sending domain
  5. Ensure flows have One-click unsubscribe + unsubscribe in email body
  6. Set up Google Postmaster Reporting to monitor spam reports
