Meet Dew, the undetectable BFF of your Monday morning mocktail, for the ultimate in zen. Ariana (read: co-founder, mental health advocate, beauty *and* brains) approached us to bring our creative juices to her passion project that doubles as a socially conscious business honouring her late brother by giving back to mental health organizations with every purchase. Kava root is widely unknown to most western populations, but its effects are undeniably incredible. We knew Arq could bring a grounded and approachable look to this category-breaking wellness brand in a fresh way without overcomplicating it. We collaborated with Gemini Branding to come up with a name that was short and to the point. We named the business Dew because a) it’s symbolic. You know that feeling when you’re up before the sun and beads of dew suspend from blades of grass—that’s the feeling that Ariana’s product bottles. Quietude. Tranquillity. And b) it makes for some fun puns.
We helped the brand deliver revenue otherwise lost on auto-pilot, by integrating a strong brand reflected in multiple flows inside Klaviyo. Abandoned Cart, Welcome Series, Subscription Activation, and more. These emails help educate consumers on the benefits of Kava, tips on destressing and keep customers coming back.
For a single-product site, the founders' personal passion and enthusiasm for introducing Dew Drops was key. Arq put together an engaging set of custom internal pages with fun recipes, meaningful content, and a glimpse into the minds of the founders.
